Meet Elizabeth. Elizabeth Myerson supports individuals, couples, and families through fertility, pregnancy, early parenthood, and the many transitions involved in building a family.

Drawing on more than a decade of experience as a new-parent educator and postpartum doula, Elizabeth understands that this chapter can hold joy, uncertainty, loss, change, and countless decisions. She offers a collaborative, grounding space where clients can explore the emotional and relational shifts that arise during the pre-and postpartum periods and throughout early parenting.

Elizabeth’s work invites clients to consider how family roles, cultural expectations, and social systems shape their experiences and available support. She helps clients deepen self awareness, identify their needs and values, and move toward greater empowerment and connection.

Warm, genuine, and non-judgmental, Elizabeth combines encouragement with gentle, honest feedback.
