Fynbos Integrative Therapies provides thoughtful, trauma-informed, whole-person support for people and families navigating family planning contemplation, fertility challenges, pregnancy, postpartum, and the early years of parenting, while creating a calm and collaborative community where integrated care, belonging, and meaning-making help to ease isolation and support resilience.

The Fynbos Approach

Why Fynbos exists

Our founder, Samantha, walked the IVF journey herself while completing her clinical training. Through these life experiences, she found a need for deliberately crafted and convenient support.

So she built it.

Fynbos was inspired by the care that she knew would make a positive impact, in a space designed to feel like a deep exhale.

How we work

At Fynbos, we bring together the kinds of care that often live in separate places. Mental health support. Bodywork. Group connection. All in one calm, considered space. It's care designed to meet you as a whole person and the many roles that you carefully balance, including:

Whole-person.

We treat mental, emotional, and physical wellbeing as connected, because they are.

Trauma-informed.

We meet you where you are, without rushing or minimizing.

Identity-affirming.

Every path, every body, every relationship configuration and individual is welcome here.

Evidence-based.

You stay in the driver's seat. We're here to support, not to prescribe a path.

Collaborative.

Our care is grounded in clinical training and current research, including specialized training in perinatal mental health.

Practitioners, this could be home

We're building Fynbos as the kind of place we'd want to work in. Beautiful, modern, peaceful, and full of people doing meaningful work alongside one another.

If you're a counselor, bodyworker, acupuncturist, or aligned wellness professional looking for a thoughtful collective to join, we'd love to hear from you.

“Sometimes, carrying on, just carrying on, is the superhuman achievement.”
